Nutrition Packages

This is the basic package. It includes (2) 20 Min Nutrition-Coaching Sessions per week and a nutrition course (with my personal informational slide deck). A total of 8 sessions a month, for two months. In addition to the weekly calls, you’ll have access to a private discord channel for daily support and Q&A.
These sessions will enable you to structure your meals in a more efficient and productive manner. This will ultimately allow you to hit all your fitness goals. Upon receipt of payment you’ll receive a link to my calendar to schedule your sessions.
Further, this program will help you improve your nutrition and overall food knowledge. Each week I’ll do a deep dive on food science, circadian rhythm, micro-nutrients, macro-nutrients, managing cravings, building healthy habits, and more.
